If you ask us it’s our glamping yurt holidays South Wales offer (amongst others of course) that are keeping the population of the UK happy but apparently research it’s something to do with serious grown up stuff like the improving economy? Research published by the Office for National Statistics has indeed confirmed that we are the happiest we’ve been for years though.
A Group OF Really Happy People | Rejoicing | Probably About To Go On A Glamping HolidayLife satisfaction and happiness has been progressively rising across the country since the research was first undertaken 3 years ago, the Personal Wellbeing survey of 165,000 people discovered, while a welcome fall in the nation’s anxiety levels has been recorded.

Respondents were asked a series of simple questions in order to rate how happy they were, how satisfied they felt, how worthwhile they thought their life was and how anxious they were, giving each indicator a score between 1 and 10.

The ongoing research into the UK’s happiness levels was ordered by Prime Minister David Cameron back in 2010. At the time, the PM defined improving society’s sense of wellbeing as the “central political challenge of our times”.

Happy Friday everyone!
