Looking to find the best festivals around the UK this year? We’ve got a guide to help you out!

Secret Garden Party, Cambridgeshire, 20th-23rd July 2017

The location in which the (not so secret) Secret Garden Party is held is simply stunning. With a plush green setting in a woodland area, the fairy-tale festival has a lot on offer. You’ll see acts playing in all sorts of majestic abodes, including tremendous treehouses, floating islands and yurts. The event is suitable for both adults and children, with plenty to keep all ages entertained. But be warned, as this is one big party for all who attend. The acts this year include the legendary Toots & the Maytals, Etta Bond, Metronomy and Crystal Fighters. This year’s theme is “sweet dreams are made of these? and who are we to disagree…” and expect it to be the biggest event for the Secret Garden Party to date, as it has been announced that this will be its last!

Tickets: £137.00-197.00 each, under 12s go free.

Unearthed in a Field, Pembrokeshire, 16th – 19th June

We hold this festival very dearly to our hearts, and certainly think that it is one of the best! We welcome families to join us at this event, which is focused around expanding your consciousness. The festival will not fail to entertain all who attend, with artists including Natty, Soom T, and Mount Nakara to blissfully fill your ears, and plenty of activities on offer including meditation, aerial circus workshops and craft lessons. This will be an event that you will not forget. Camping facilities are available for those with a weekend ticket, and we cannot wait to welcome you to Unearthed in a Field 2017!

Tickets: £40.00-85.00 each

Festival Number 6, Portmeirion, 7th-10th September

This fairy-tale-esque festival is the perfect family option, located in the beautiful setting of Portmeirion in Wales. The music is one of the main draws, however, the other activities on offer also bring in the crowds including paddle boarding, yoga, an on-site spa, hot tubs and boutique camping too! This festival is a little more grown up and civilised than some of the others mentioned, so is perfect for younger families. The headline acts for this year include Bloc Party, Rag N Bone Man, Laura Mvula and Mogwai! There’s still plenty of time to prepare for this festival, so if you’re still looking to book your festival for 2017, Festival Number 6 could be the one!

Tickets: £120.00-335.00 each, under 10s go free.

Glastonbury, Somerset, 21st-25th June 2017

Glastonbury is possibly the most well-loved and well-renowned festival we have here in the UK, with the tickets selling out in record times each and every year and attendees from all over the globe! This year’s top headliners include Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran, not to mention the incredibly eclectic range of support acts from reggae and rock to dubstep and folk. There’s something for everyone at this grand affair! Be warned though, it may be the most popular but it also quite possibly the most prone to fall on a rainy weekend, so get your wellies ready and be prepared to slug it through the mud! If you’ve missed out on a ticket, you can still enjoy the views from afar, or simply enjoy the wonderful things on offer whilst on a trip glamping in Glastonbury!

Kew The Music, London, 11-16th July

The week-long Kew The Music Festival is a little shorter than the traditional festival but perfect for those looking to enjoy the music and head on home afterwards. The outdoor concert offers quite a unique take on the typical festival experience with a touch of class, a beautiful location and a relaxed atmosphere. Attendees are encouraged to enjoy a picnic on the grass and enjoy a cooling drink whilst enjoying the blissful melodies of headline artists Mary J Blige, Passenger and Razorlight. Pick the artist you’d most like to see and book your tickets today!

Tickets: From £44.00

Wilderness Festival, Oxfordshire, 2rd-6th August 2017

With headline acts such as Two Door Cinema Club, Bonobo and Grace Jones, the stage is set for a fantastic four-day event. Not only will music artists grace the stage, but theatrical performances, artistic masterpieces and eye-opening talks will too. Wilderness Festival is not only known for its entertainment, it has been named one of the best festivals for food too! The campsites are separated so that there are quiet and family options as well as boutique to ensure that everyone is as happy as can be. This reflects the fact that health and well-being is at the forefront of their festival focus, with yoga sessions, spa treatments and meditations all adding to the plethora of treats that await all who attend!

Tickets: From £178.00
