Star Court is well located, close to pathways onto the coastal path, which contains the world-famous Barafundle Bay beach, and the stunning Broad Haven South, all of which are sure to amaze and amuse visitors of all ages. We couldn’t possibly forget to mention the 100 acres of manmade lily ponds at nearby Bosherton, which are always worth a visit.

If you fancy leaving the cooking to someone else, then a trip to the historic Stackpole Inn is within reach, just a few miles, and offers an award-winning restaurant housed in a sixteenth-century building. We hear the beer’s not too bad there, either!

For adventurous day’s out, take a trip to Pembroke castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor is less than a ten-minute drive away from the site and is always a popular choice.

What you can expect from Star Court’s accommodation

Yurts

Both of the traditional Mongolian yurts on site were proudly hand-built by owner Stan, who has ensured that these yurts are visually alluring, cosy, and welcoming for all, with space for up to four people,

There’s plenty of room to sit inside and enjoy a bite to eat with the family, before or after spending the day exploring, and kitchen utensils are on hand for you to whip up some tasty mealtime delights!

If you’re looking to stay in the autumn, both yurts are equipped with their own wood burning stoves for when you want to stay toasty during those cooler evenings. Speaking of staying toasty, each yurt comes with its own outdoor fire bowl and grill, as well as ample outdoor seating, making it ideal for evenings under the stars, toasting marshmallows and sipping on your favourite wine!

Bell tents

You may have only seen bell tents on TV or in magazines, but now you get to stay in two beautiful, spacious versions that will only help you to fall in love with this type of abode even more. There are all the amenities to make sure your stay is more than comfortable, including crockery, cutlery and cookware, so you’ll have all you need to cook up a feast on the hand-forged fire bowl and grill. If the weather’s looking like it’s going to be a hot one, why not set up for dinner on your outdoor table and chairs, they provide a gleefully enjoyable vantage point overlooking the meadows surrounding the court.

When it comes to the bathroom facilities, many people assume that because you’re out among the elements, away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day living, that you will have to endure primitive amenities. This couldn’t be more wrong when it comes to what’s on offer here at Star Court. Here, you will find two bespoke wooden toilet and shower pods, fitted with four hot water showers and four fully working toilets. You can also find a wash room with a sink, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer on the site too! Finally, there’s also a small composting loo on site as well, for anyone who prefers to try something more closely associated with simpler living!
