Overlooking a large pond filled with koi carp and ducks, the two-storey accommodation contains a self-contained studio flat, sleeping two, in addition to the main house, which sleeps seven, making it ideal for a variety of party types.

This exceptional holiday estate is renowned for its attention to detail and luxury. Indulge in cosy cotton sheets, fluffy white towels and quality furnishings for a comfortable self-catering escape. Outside, let your troubles drift away in the clear country air with a sumptuous electric hot tub and outdoor power shower, while the charcoal pizza oven and six-burner gas barbecue are perfect for al fresco meals with family and friends.

What's more, discover a variety of magnificent extras including a geodesic dome, partially suspended over the pond, with a daybed and telescope for stargazing, plus a small ‘beach' area by the side of the pond. No swimming or fishing is allowed in the pond, but the palm trees, deckchairs and hammocks are perfect for ‘hanging out' in the sunshine.

The 5-star accommodation is situated near Upper Tysoe in Warwickshire - an area steeped in history and adorned with majestic landscapes from ancient woodlands to the Cotswolds famous limestone hills. Here is the perfect tonic from the clutter and clamour of the city. Watch the stars shine brilliantly in the pristine night skies, and relax in the glorious countryside setting with the gentle murmur of birdsong and the occasional baa of a sheep, your only distraction.

The renowned Cotswolds area is the perfect holiday destination, with villages made of honey-coloured stone, age-old watering holes, and some of the country's finest medieval churches to explore. This is picture postcard England at its very best. What's more, the area is a hot-spot for high-class dining with farm shops, cafes and restaurants offering a mouth-watering array of delicious cuisine.
