This bright and beautiful hand-crafted glamping yurt sits in the verdant Northants countryside, on a 300 acre farm. Brand new and fresh as a daisy, it has been thoughtfully furnished and offers a particularly restful glamping holiday.
A gentle, neutral colour scheme and natural woods create a serene atmosphere, which, along with a generous 18ft diameter makes it a truly relaxing space to be in. The double bed has a super, high quality mattress and wonderful fresh linens - what could be more romantic than lying in bed with the log burner lazily warming the yurt, soft fairy lights all around and twinking stars through the huge roof light?
Nearby is a specially built hut with your shower, wash basin and rather smart eco loo, fluffy towels are provided. On the side of the hut is a handy washing up deck with H&C water supply. Cooking is all on a gas BBQ and hob with a small gas stove in the yurt for that morning tea or coffee. There's a fabulous sense of space and freedom here due to the open views over the countryside, but the one thing you'll really love about this yurt holiday is the wood-fired hot tub. With a fresh fill of water for every stay it heats up in about an hour - just long enough to chill a bottle of wine we reckon! So after a day of exploring (or even just lazing about) you can enjoy a long hot soak as the stars come out.
Owners Jenna and Bobby are living the 'Good Life' with a few sheep, goats and chickens and are keen to share thier beautiful space, so if you're keen on fishing . They will soon be starting their own 'Grand Designs' house a couple of fields away (you'll pass the spot and thier temporary home en-route to the yurt) The yurt revenue is Jenna's new kitchen fund so your stay here helps her create a little of her dream whilst living a little of yours - it's a 'feel good' glamping holiday all round!
