A cool retro style cabin for glamping in Somerset - just outside
the pilgrimage town of Glastonbury. 'Eve' was designed & built
by a local craftsman, inspired by the dimensions of the Fibonacci
spiral (which coincidentally is also in our logo).
With a bright interior and effective insulation it provides a quirky glamping holiday. Sitting next to an old apple tree (festooned wit Mistletoe) it has gorgeous countryside views of the famous Glastonbury Tor.
N.B. There is a 3 night minimum stay over any bank holiday & a 4 night minimum stay over the festive season.
Is furnished with a double bed and comfy mattress (bedding included), a heater, storage & hanging rail. Catering is kept simple: kettle, toaster, small fridge, box of camping utensils, plates & cutlery ((BBQ outside).
A few meters away is the glamping cabin's private bathroom with hot shower, flushing loo and washbasin (towels included).
A simple washing-up sink (shared with 'Adam' cabin) for plates etc is on the side of the bathroom building.
There is a generous sized, covered decking with a kettle BBQ and glorious views towards Glastonbury Tor through old apple trees. This is a wonderful tranquil spot for chilling out. The Adam cabin is about 10 meters away.
There are 16 acres to explore with a stream and woodlands. On Wednesdays the pizza oven in the adjacent holiday cottage hamlet is lit for a communal pizza night. There is also a large indoor heated swimming pool. The sunny owner, Jill, also keeps horses so if you fancy horse-riding American style she would love to take you out.
A thirty minute stroll away is Glastonbury town with Abbey ruins, Chalice Well, crafts, quirky restaurants, cafes and fascinating shops.
A cool cabin from which to explore Glastonbury town and enjoy glamping in Somerset!
