Taunton. Oak Safari Lodge is appealing for its peaceful
location and comfortable interior, making this a cheerful and
inviting space for you and your family.
When you're not out and about enjoying the lush countryside that stretches between the magical Quantock Hills and the mysterious Exmoor National Park, Oak Safari Lodge, and its great facilities are the perfect place to relax with your loved ones.
Cook up a family feast, go hunting for insects, learn to birdwatch, toast marshmallows over an open fire - give yourselves a digital detox and immerse yourselves in the pleasures of a simpler existence during your stay at the Oak Safari Lodge.
Check-in - 4pm / Check -out - 10am
Oak Safari Lodge is situated just west of the beautiful Quantock Hills, a series of wooded combes from the tops of which it's said you can see the Welsh coastline.
A few miles from the yurt is Hestercombe Gardens, home to the stunning Edwardian garden designs of Sir Edward Lutyens and Gertrude Jekyll. The award-winning facilities here offer British afternoon teas, as well as a popular Garden Shop and lovely children's play area.
3 miles north is Fyne Court, the home of Andrew Cross, a pioneer in the field of electricity and occasional poet. It is now a National Trust site which offers tours of the house and gardens as well as a lovely tea room.
