Meadow Yurt is one of the many structures hidden amongst the wildflower meadows of North Somerset, suitable for a family of 4. This solid structure sits lightly in its surroundings, the deep green of its canvas blending with the lush grassland of this area. Nestled comfortably between two of Britain's most familiar moors - Exmoor and Bodmin - and filled to the brim with wildlife, wildflowers and wild adventures. Flanked to the north by the Quantock Hills, this secluded pocket of Somerset is ideal for walks, bike rides and, of course, glamping!
Enjoy fresh air, birdwatching and maybe even spot some of the mammals that call this upland wonderland home - spot hedgehogs searching for food, deer tiptoeing between the trees, and a plethora of birds of prey patrolling the star-filled skies. The sheltered site provides front row seats to Mother Nature's show, all from the comfort of Meadow Yurt. Pull up a chair, light the fire pit, get the marshmallows ready and fill your glasses, as this will be better and more wholesome than any TV show you'll ever see. So, treat the kids to nature's treasure hunt, find waterfalls and monkeyflowers by the riverside, or just relax in a sunny spot taking in the Somerset air.

This beautiful and calming yurt comfortably accommodates a double bed and a double futon, sleeping, 4 people. The dining table and four chairs allow for dinner and games with the children once it's become too dark to play outside. The small amount of electricity to the yurts provides USB charge points as well as small lamp lighting, although we guarantee that you'll have forgotten all about technology during this stay. A small wood-burning stove comes with a basket full of logs and a kettle - be vigilant of little ones around the fire.
Outside, Meadow Yurt has chairs for lounging in the sun, as well as your own barbecue, all on its own private deck - sausages not included!
