The pod comes with its own wood-fired hot tub, a glorious place to ease your aching bones after a day out exploring. The hot tub comes as an optional extra £60 per stay.

Discover your own pocket of paradise at this gloriously themed glamping site in Cardigan Bay. The carefully designed space contains 2 stunning ‘lodgepods’ dotted amongst the meadows, with a breathtaking natural backdrop of rolling hills and the colourful Ceredigion countryside.

Choose from a 70’s or 80’s styled LodgePod, yet enjoy all the home comforts of 21st century living. Each LodgePod accommodates up to 6 guests and comes equipped with a multitude of modern luxuries including intelligent heating, Smart TV’s, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and best of all, your very own hot tub to soak it all in.

Overlooking a gorgeous pond and flourishing meadows, the site is a real haven for wildlife including red kites, buzzards and tawny owls, to name just a few. Binoculars and deckchairs are provided for moments on the deck in the crisp country air with family or friends. 

A few minutes by car takes you to the spectacular Ceredigion coast, with blue flag beaches, breathtaking coastal walks, as well as Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins. Wildlife watching and fishing boat trips are easily arranged from nearby New Quay. 

Inland, discover some of Wales’ best kept secrets from the Preseli Hills and Cambrian Mountains to the gorgeous Teifi Valley. These lesser-known, but equally impressive locations offer a myriad of enchanting wilderness to explore. What’s more, Ceredigion offers a rich and diverse cultural heritage, from arts and crafts to theatre, festivals and delicious local cuisine.

Discover vibrant towns from Cardigan to Aberystwyth intermingled with picturesque fishing villages such as Aberaeron and New Quay. This largely untouched location is a real hidden gem with plenty to offer.

Sleeps up to 6, maximum of 4 adults and 2 children in a luxurious double bedroom and in the open plan lounge, there are 2 single bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed. Duvets, pillows and bedding are provided.

Bathroom with luxury deluge hot water shower and flushing toilet, washbasin, hand towels, make-up flannel, bath sheets and towels for the hot tub are provided.

Well equipped kitchen with a 2 ring induction hob, built-in microwave grill and a large Fridge Freezer. Outdoor Facilities - There is a decked area directly outside the LodgePod leading to the wood-fired hot tub that is located to the side of the LodgePod. There is an external gravelled area with large round picnic bench and Aquaforno 2 cooking system - this amazing outdoor cooking facility allows you to cook anything from pizzas to casseroles, and even smoke your own fish! Privacy screening to the outside of the pod makes this the perfect place to relax.

The Ffostrasol Arms is a homely, traditional pub. Arthur & Betty have created a warm, friendly atmosphere, welcoming locals and visitors alike. Relax by the roaring open fire in the winter & enjoy the outdoor seating during the summer. There are two pool tables & a dart board and free Wifi is available throughout the pub. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the pub area, but not in the restaurant.

A family-run authentic Italian restaurant combining Italian cooking with fresh Welsh produce specialising in a range of delicious homemade pasta and tasty dishes made from fresh local produce.

As a fresh-food restaurant, their menu evolves seasonally and is supplemented by Daffodil Signature Dishes developed by each member of the kitchen team. Locally sourced fresh fish is always popular, as are the exquisite desserts and coffees. Dogs are welcome in the lounge area and on the decking (just not in the main restaurant) – the Daffodil are dog lovers and are even that dog friendly that they stock specially made doggie ice cream in their own little doggie carton!

Caws Teifi Cheese/Dà Mhìle Distillery, Glynhynod Farm, Llandysul SA44 5J

Caws Teifi Cheese is the longest established artisan cheese maker in Wales. The farm has its own small farm shop and by prior appointment you can take a tour of their dairy and also the distillery. In 1992 Dà Mhìle commissioned the world’s first organic whisky which was distilled at Springbank Distillery. Since then, Dà Mhìle has expanded and eventually established Wales’ 1st craft distillery on its founders, family farm in rural West Wales. Dà Mhìle Distillery became fully operational in 2012 and is now making a wide variety of organic spirits and liqueurs.

New Quay Honey Farm, Cross Inn, Llandysul SA44 6NN

Get close up to the amazing world of the honey bees in their exhibition, where you can see live colonies of bees in total safety from behind glass. See natural bee nests hanging from branches and inside hollow logs, and see the bees flying in and out with their loads of pollen and nectar, watch the bees interact with each other, share food and communicate using their various dances.

Internal Fire Museum of Power, Castell Pridd Tanygroes SA43 2JS

The museum was founded in 2003 and was set up to cover the history and use of large engines in the 20th century. The museum houses a wide range of working exhibits with engines running daily. A selection of smaller engines runs all day from 10:30 until 5:00, larger engines are started as people come and go. What is there to see and do at Internal Fire? National Wool Museum, Dre-fach Felindre, Llandysul SA44 5UP

Discover the spellbinding story of the Welsh woollen industry. Wool was historically the most important and widespread of Wales’s industries. The picturesque village of Dre-fach Felindre in the beautiful Teifi valley was once the centre of a thriving woollen industry, earning the nickname ‘The Huddersfield of Wales’. There are hands-on activities for children all year round at the National Wool Museum. (see website for details).
