2 bedrooms with sleeping a maximum of 5. There is 1 king size bed and 2 singles with the option of linking to make a second king size bed. Additional 5th bed is a trundle bed - ideally suited to a child or small adult).

Kitchen fully integrated with electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster.

Bathroom facilities : shower room with toilet and washbasin, underfloor heating.

Luxury outside copper bath positioned on it’s own private balcony. Heating and lighting - heating is provided by underfloor heating and panel heaters. The double glazing and insulation keep the treehouse lovely and warm throughout the year.

Grounds
Decking with electric hot tub and hammock.  There is also a fire pit, swing and a beautiful woodland to explore.

Parking - the treehouse is a short walk from the parking space, which is roughly 30m away.

Internet access and mobile phone signal - there is no internet access or mobile reception at this property. In an emergency - there is 3G mobile reception a short walk up the hill and two dwellings close by if you need emergency assistance.

The treehouse is set within a woodland on the edge of a meadow. The fields adjacent are part of an organic farm and at different times of the year, you'll see sheep grazing and lambs frolicking. The area is great for bird watching, exploring numerous footpaths and mountain bike trails straight from your door.

The Cambrian Mountains of Wales offer some amazing landscapes and glamping possibilities. These properties have made the most of the incredible wilderness that surrounds them, a wilderness just waiting to be discovered by you. Enjoy nature and trails and after sunset watch the sky fill up with five thousand stars and more, as you relax under world-class dark skies.

Nearest Pub is in Talybont only 3 miles away. With a choice of two:

•  The White Lion -A traditional friendly style pub providing pub meals and a cosy atmosphere. Booking advisable for Sunday Lunch. Open all evenings except Sunday evening for meals.
• 
  The Black Lion Hotel - A casual dining bistro, with cosy bar. Providing restaurant evening meals Wednesday to Saturday and Sunday lunch. Booking advised.

Recommended Restaurants

• Ynyshir Restaurant- . A Michelin star restaurant! voted best restaurant in Wales and 5th in the UK by The Good Food Guide 2019.  This restaurant is a real treat with evening and mid-day meals of up to 19 courses and is only an 8-mile drive away. This is a unique dining experience and is often full, so we recommend making a booking well in advance of your stay.

• Cletwr Café - A community run café and shop providing great local food and friendly atmosphere. Particularly great for a mug of coffee or and cake after a trip to Ynyslas Beach and nature reserve!

Machynlleth and Corris

•  A Jostling market town, with a great relaxed vibe, café's serving good food, a supermarket and a great spectacle on Wednesday, which is Market day.
• Just North of Machynlleth is C.A.T The centre for Alternative Technology and Corris visitors centre where you can visit craft shops and even a local Gin Distillery and take a tour to Arthur's Labyrinths through Mine shafts below! 

Bwlch Nant Yr Arian Visitor Centre

• Bwlch Nant y Arian is an outstanding forest recreation centre in the heart of Mid Wales.
• An award-winning attraction, the Visitor Centre has been completely re-developed as an ecologically-friendly building with excellent restaurant facilities, a gift shop and superb views. 
• Nant-yr-Arian is famous for the daily Red Kite feeding, which can be seen from the Visitor Centre or from many places around the lake. 
• For the more athletic, there are a number of marked walks, one of which is suitable for disabled persons. 
• Excellent Cycle Trails start and end at Nant-yr-Arian, with a bike washing facility at the Visitor Centre. 

Devils Bridge

• A visit here is a must -  hiking boots and camera essential -   a great place to take children, who could complete the short walk with a little guidance. There are 2 walks to choose from, Nature Trail Waterfalls & 3 Bridges (45 mins approx) or the easier Punchbowl & 3 Bridges (10 mins approx.) It's a wonderful day out with exceptional views and spectacular water falls. 
• En-route there are a few stopping points - take a picnic and flask of tea - where you can rest and take in the views. 

Beaches 

• When the tide is low Borth and Ynyslas have excellent golden sandy beaches and even when the tide is high there is usually some sand at Ynyslas in front of the dunes.
• Borth's award-winning beach is particularly popular with canoeing, fishing, sailing, surfing, motor boating,  water skiing and sailboard enthusiasts - RNLI Lifeguards are in attendance during the summer holiday season - look out  for the flags.
• Ynyslas, with its excellent golden sandy beach, is about two miles north of Borth along the coast road and is particularly popular with shell collectors and kite flyers. You can drive onto the sands here but beware of the soft sand and tides -  a few people have been caught out by the speed of the incoming tide!!!!  
• Call into the Ynyshir RSPB nature reserve on your way home and perhaps catch a glimpse of the elusive osprey.

Hafod Estate  

• Enjoy the outdoors and take The Bridge Walk or The Ladies & Gentleman's walks along beautiful woodland and river paths. The waterfalls and Cascade Cavern are a sight to behold. There are some steep and rough paths in places, as well as easier tracks - there is something for everyone to enjoy here. Look out for the dippers as well! 

Aberystwyth

• Aberystwyth's graceful sweeping seafront is a favourite with visitors and locals alike. Whenever you visit, you'll be likely to find the Promenade alive with walkers, joggers, bikers - and those who just want to relax by the seaside.
• This vibrant university town has a wide range of lovely shops, fabulous restaurants and beach and promenade walks.  
• Constitution Hill marks the quieter northern end of the promenade and features an impressive cliff railway up to the viewpoints, camera obscura and other hilltop attractions.
• Aberystwyth Art Centre stages exhibitions all year round and the building is also home to a theatre and cinema.

Cambrian Mountains 

• The rugged peaks and velvet slopes that adorn the central Mid Wales uplands make the Cambrian Mountains one of the most beautiful landscapes in Britain. Running from north to south, these mountains straddle the counties of Powys and Ceredigion and are often described as the backbone of Wales. 
• A paradise for walkers and wildlife watchers alike, they are remarkably free of human intervention and afford their visitor some of the most enchanting environments this country has to offer.

Elan Valley 

• The Elan Valley in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains is home to the Elan Valley Reservoirs with fantastic walking and cycling trails and a Visitor Centre with cafe and activities all year round.
• The road between The Elan valley and Devils bridge is one of the most dramatic in Wales - a really spectacular route.

 Rheidol Cycle Trail

• This 28 km trail takes you from Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge and Nant yr Arian where there is a selection of trails available from the Visitor Centre. Perhaps your dog would enjoy running alongside as you cycle?

Rheidol Riding Centre

• All types of leisure riding are offered from half an hour on a lead rein for small children (minimum of 4 years old) on quiet ponies, to the more exciting one and two & half hour hacks for competent riders. All-day rides can be arranged for experienced riders and also pub rides during the holiday season.
