The property is appointed with 3 lovely bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin - accommodating up to 6 guests. The bedrooms are simply furnished with comfy beds, soft pillows, and duvets, while the inverted living space allows the bedrooms to stay delightfully cool on hot summer nights.
The two downstairs bathrooms offer WCs, power showers and heated towel rails, with the main bathroom also containing a bath. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.
A downstairs living room offers a large sofa and a lovely space to sit and read a book in the cool and the calm.
Upstairs the large open plan living area is equipped with a well-appointed contemporary kitchen, including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere. The stylish furnishings create a warm and homely atmosphere, while the deluxe corner sofa provides a place to snuggle up in the evenings. The balcony doors open out on to views of the flourishing countryside, with glimpses of the fabulous Three Cliffs Bay and Bristol Channel in the background.
Outside, the property benefits from ample parking, so bring a car and explore the beautiful seaside surrounds. However, please be aware of the shared road leading up to the properties is slow and bumpy, so may not be suitable for low-level cars.

Help yourself to the designated barbecue outside, a perfect place to grill fresh fish caught in the bay, or some Welsh steaks from the nearby butcher.

Delightfully positioned on the Gower Peninsular, Sandy Rise offers stunning white sand walks over enormous dunes and vast empty bays just minutes from the house. Wind your way down sandy paths to Southgate or Three Cliffs in less than 15 minutes from the property.
The fascinating collection of unusual abodes was first used as an escape to safety during the Second World War. Enchanted by the peace and clean air of Sandy Lane, some residents decided not to return to the war-torn city but remained to form a new community of gentle, peace-loving souls.
Just 400 metres from public transport links and with a shop and bar within a 15-minute walk, Sandy Rise makes for an ideal base on the Gower. Three Cliffs Coffee shop is a delightful place to stop for a delicious lunch or evening meal, only a couple of minutes' drive from the property.
Britain's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Gower is truly unspoilt by new development, its many beaches lay untouched by modern standards. That is not to say that the area is deserted; you will find many good pubs serving top quality locally sourced food, while there are farmers markets held in Mumbles and Uplands nearby.
Amble through the Gower Way to see the stunning beauty of this fabulous area of Wales, a pathway that follows ancient byways right around the Gower Coast. Walk the "Worm", an iconic peninsula only accessible at low tide which juts out at the very tip of the Gower, sheltering Rhossili Bay, all 3 miles of it - consistently voted amongst the top 5 beaches in the world. Visit the quintessential seaside village of Mumbles 7 miles away. Home of the lifeboat, a good range of bars, shops, and restaurants, and even its own lighthouse and a pier. Here you will get a real taste of life by the sea.
