Down a tree-lined road on a rural, rustic edge of Pembrokeshire's famous coastal National Park sits Luna Yurt, one of the beautiful structures on offer at Star Court glamping site. This classic Mongolian structure sleeps up to four people comfortably, and was hand crafted on site by owner Stan. The care and love that's been put into this tranquil space by Stan and his wife Laura is evident as soon as you step inside. This is a warm space, and has been furnished so that you and your family can enjoy comfortable beds and restful slumber after a day of exploring everything that Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has to offer.
Ideally located for an adventurous outdoor holiday, Luna Yurt sits in a gorgeous group site on the border of the National Trust run Stackpole Estate. Nearby bathroom pods and a whole range of outdoor cooking equipment covers all essential needs, allowing you to fully immerse yourselves in the natural surroundings of this off-grid structure. So switch off your mobile phone and tune into birdsong, the scent of wildflowers, the feel of a coastal breeze on your skin and the awesome canopy of the uninterrupted universe at night, and unwind in this picturesque piece of Pembrokeshire.
Luna Yurt is situated within an enclosed glamping site named Star Court, which is available to book on our website. This site is situated in South Pembrokeshire, and is surrounded by coastal walks and is a mere few miles from the beautiful Bosherston Lily Ponds. Less than a ten minute drive from the historic town of Pembroke, Luna Yurt is also a brilliant base to explore Pembrokeshire's extensive range of beautiful beaches, including Barafundle Bay, Freshwater East, Manorbier, Coppett Hall and Freshwater West.
This traditional Mongolian yurt was built by handy owner Stan and is not only a solid but beautiful structure, capable of sleeping up to 4 people. A luxurious wooden double bed sleeps one couple, while there are two single futons available. This spacious abode also houses a dining table and chairs, as well as pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery. This yurt will have its own wood-burning stove for when the evenings turn cooler in the autumn. Luna Yurt also has its own outdoor fire bowl and grill, and outdoor seating for a glass of wine in the sun.
